The product

The service you will be selling is key holding/storing keys at a KeyNest Locker. You need to identify the most suitable location, then purchase your initial stock. The lockers come accompanied with the software, and the modular system can cover everything from small hotels to larger, logistical operations.

The support

Support responsibilities are shared in a way that keeps things simple for you. Any technical queries that relate to the software or the platform are handled entirely by the KeyNest Technical Support Team (in English), always available whenever needed - your clients get the same expertise that 100,000 existing customers already rely on. This is particularly helpful for clients using PMS integrations, AI automations or API.

Marketing support

KeyNest has established relationships with all the major key actors in the industry (including Airbnb, Hostify, Guesty and other PMS') and we're present internationally in 30+ countries.

While we can certainly provide guidance and our brand to help with initial set up, it's important that you take advantage of your existing property or hospitality relationships to really make the franchise grow.

KeyNest franchisee selection criteria

We're looking for partners who are deeply familiar with the property landscape in their city, not just as observers, but as active participants.

The ideal franchisee has at least five years of experience in the property or hospitality industry, and existing relationships with STR or MTR operators in their territory. To put it simply, you’re coming to the table with trust already established in your chosen location. 

We also ask that franchisees are in a position to commit to the partnership for the long term, both in regards to time and investment. Ideally, this opportunity is for those who have already found success in property management or hospitality.

What does the subscription model look like for my clients?

Your clients pay an ongoing subscription that covers access to the KeyNest platform and software. Hardware is purchased separately. Pricing details are shared during the partner onboarding call.
