Our staff will never ask you for the full address of your property. The identical fobs on our keys mean that your keys will remain anonymous at all times.

KeyNest is the only key exchange solution which comes approved by GuardHog, the host insurance specialists underwritten by Hiscox. We also have public liability insurance up to £1m.

All of our collection codes are single-use by default, so the same person can't access your keys twice.

Every one of our keys is fitted with an encrypted NFC fob, which can only be read by our devices. No sensitive data is ever transmitted to the device.

You are immediately notified every time your keys are collected or dropped off at one of our points. You can also view past movements from your dashboard.

We use PCIDSS-compliant payment processor Braintree (owned by PayPal) for encrypting and processing card payments. We don’t store any card information.

All keys at our regular points are stored securely and attended by staff at all times.

We carefully vet our locations and train staff to ensure your keys are always properly handled and stored.

Our automated lockers are in well-lit areas and are monitored by 24-hour CCTV to keep your keys safe.
