Sales Executive

KeyNest provides a unique key management system that tracks keys in and out of business premises, typically Sales & Letting agents. Gone are the days of lost keys and outdated logbooks.

We also have an extensive network of local KeyNest Stores which are typically used by Airbnb hosts and property managers. We are a global partner of Airbnb and have checked-in more than 100,000 guests.

We’re looking for a Sales Executive for our London team to help us serving even more customers and freeing them from the hassle of dealing with keys.

The role

  • Generate leads through social media, networking, partnerships, events
  • Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Place cold calls or send cold emails to potential new customers
  • Source and engage with potential customers
  • Give demos to new leads and demonstrate how KeyNest’s solutions can help them save time & money
  • Maintain relationships with new customers and offer support when needed
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with customers

  • An excellent communicator and outgoing personality
  • Proactive, self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
  • Good at closing deals
  • Experience in the property sector and previous sales experience is a strong plus

Partnership Manager (Intern)

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager (intern) to help us to grow our number of partner locations in London and beyond.

The role

  • Engage with our customers to find the best suitable partner locations for them
  • Generate leads, place cold calls, send cold emails, or walk in to potential locations to introduce KeyNest
  • Have meetings with business owners/managers to pitch KeyNest to them and get them on-board
  • Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline to follow up on leads

PR & Communications Associate (Intern)

We are looking for a PR & Communications Associate to help us gain media exposure. This is a 4-6-months paid internship based in London.

The role

  • Build relationships with various media outlets to help promote our successes
  • Draft press releases and arrange press appointments
  • Content creation & strategy, using our blog and partner companies’ blogs
  • Work closely with the co-founders to ensure the copy on our website is highly targeted
  • Ad-hoc administrative responsibilities

We are looking for

  • Experience working in PR, content or marketing required
  • Excellent communicator and outgoing personality
  • Impeccable English, knowledge of Spanish or French will be a plus
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Experience as an Airbnb host or familiarity with Letting Agents is a plus
  • Available for 4 months minimum

The role

  • Expand our network of Stores in Paris based on customer requests
