At KeyNest, we're proud to have helped automate the check-in processes for thousands of Airbnb hosts and accommodation providers. But we're always looking for more ways to ensure that we are providing our clients and their customers with the best possible service.

With this in mind, we're super excited to announce the launch of our highly-requested Magic Links for key collections! Now, guests and customers will receive an email from us that invites them to click-through to a personal platform, where they will find real-time updates on the status of the key, and any collection or drop-off information.

Our techies have pulled it out of the bag with this fantastic feature, and we know you're going to love it! Just be sure to refresh the page each time you check if there's been an update.

Access all information in one place

With a simple check of the page, those collecting keys will have access to the name, address, and opening hours of the KeyNest Store they need to go to, as well as the collection code, and the answers to some common FAQs.

Key not ready for collection yet? We'll let your customer know that the code isn't valid yet, and provide them with a handy countdown to the time that they will be able to collect the key.

Keep guests in the loop

Making it easy to double check that the key is actually there before going to the store to collect it will ensure less wasted trips to stores, and therefore a more efficient system for both shopkeepers and customers.

Easily obtain proof of drop-off

Once a key has been returned, the live link will update to confirm that it's back in the store. So this page can act as a receipt - giving contractors peace of mind.
