Is KeyNest secure?
Yes - our KeyNest Points are totally secure by design! Always stored anonymously, keys in our regular stores will only be handled by trained staff, and our automated lockers are all fitted with security cameras. You’ll also always be able to track the movements of your keys with our automatic notifications. Head over to our security section to find out more.

There isn't a KeyNest near me, what do I do?
No need to panic! Just fill out our request form to let us know that you’d like a KeyNest Point in your area. To get your store up and running as quickly as possible, it would be great if you could suggest a convenient newsagents or corner shop that we could recruit. We're only able to guarantee a new KeyNest Point for customers who sign up to our monthly plan - but we aim to get back to all requests within two weeks.
How do I switch my KeyNest Point?
Just generate a new collection code, collect your keys, and take them to your new KeyNest Point. The shopkeeper will scan the fob and securely store them for you. All your collection codes will remain valid.
What should I do if I lose or damage my KeyNest fob?
Our fobs are pretty sturdy, but if they’re damaged or lost give us a call on 0203 633 4599 and we’ll sort it out.
