Hassle Free Lettings was founded in 2017 by Adam Rajpal, driven by a desire to improve property management services. Dissatisfied with the inadequate service from existing agents, Adam Rajpal began with a portfolio of 10 properties in Edinburgh. The company's reputation for exceptional service led to rapid growth, expanding then to 30-40 properties. As the company’s success grew, so did its geographical reach, spreading into major UK cities like Manchester and London. This expansion, however, brought its own set of challenges.

Adam and his colleagues soon faced a number of major challenges, particularly with regard to property maintenance and access. Hassle Free Letting being remote-based, one of the only viable options was partnering up with locally based agencies with holding facilities.

Multi-site key management required finding trustworthy agents, which complicated tenant visits and contractor access. Establishing new relationships with local agencies was time-consuming and often unreliable. In addition, it proved difficult to provide 24-hour emergency access in newly established areas of the country, where local contacts were still being developed. We caught up with Adam Rajpal, Hassle Free Letting’s founder to hear his thoughts on the company's experience with KeyNest so far. Initially introduced through a friend who was using KeyNest for Airbnb management, Adam soon implemented the solution to his entire business.
