Yes - our KeyNest Points are secure by design! Always stored anonymously, keys in our regular stores will only be handled by trained staff, and most locations have security cameras installed too. Can I leave a spare key at a KeyNest Point?

Certainly! KeyNest provides a convenient service for leaving spare keys at designated KeyNest Points. To get started, simply sign up for a KeyNest account, select a KeyNest Point in your local area, and drop off your spare key there. Your key will be securely held on the premises for as long as you need it there.

How do I pick up my spare key?

To retrieve your key, access your KeyNest account and generate a key collection code for the specific key you wish to collect. Next, visit the designated KeyNest Point and present the key collection code to the staff stationed at the counter. After the code is validated, your key will be handed over to you.

How do I cancel the KeyNest service?

To cancel your key holding service, just generate a key collection code and collect your key. The moment the key is with you, we won’t charge you for the storage anymore.

Can I use KeyNest just for a one-time key collection?

Yes, just pick the “Pay Per Collection” option at the checkout. KeyNest Points offer services both to those who need a one-time key collection service, or a long-term storage option.

How do I share a key with a friend/family member?

Open the KeyNest App and generate a Collection Code. Then input your friend’s email to send a message with the details: KeyNest Point’s address, opening hours and a 6-digit collection code. Your friend will then head to the Point, show the code to the shopkeeper and collect the keys instantly, while you get an update about the key status on your app.
