How did Landing start using KeyNest Lockers?
Landing has been a long-term user of KeyNest Points, relying on them to provide secure and flexible key storage across many of their markets. Building on this success, the company recently decided to extend the partnership by adopting KeyNest Lockers alongside Points, ordering 80 lockers and counting to support their growing operations.
Christopher Cobb, Landing’s Access Manager, explains:
“At Landing, we’ve relied on KeyNest Points for years in markets like Seattle, Denver, Texas, and Florida. They’ve always been reliable and made key exchange much easier. Based on that, we added KeyNest Lockers for extra scalability and flexibility in managing access for tenants, cleaners, and installers. We’ve already rolled out more than 80 lockers.”
Why KeyNest Lockers?
With lockboxes increasingly facing restrictions in cities around the world, and smart locks still costly to install at scale, KeyNest provides a secure, flexible alternative.
Collecting a key takes under five seconds with NFC tap-and-go, and custom access can be set depending on the job. Locker sizes fit not only keys but also access cards and other items. “For us, it’s a simple, fast, and reliable way to handle check-ins and day-to-day operations,” Cobb adds. “The dashboard is easy to use — no training needed.”
What support does KeyNest provide?
KeyNest services include 24/7 Customer Support and, for major clients like Landing, a dedicated Account Manager. Cobb highlights the impact: “Violetta has done a terrific job meeting our requirements quickly, even in challenging areas. I can send her a request on Slack any time, and she always delivers.”
How has the experience been?
“Overall, obtaining and using the Lockers has been straightforward,” says Cobb. “Installation takes about 30 minutes, and once set up, they run smoothly. Even small glitches are resolved quickly thanks to a dedicated manager. Before adding Lockers, we’d already had a great experience with KeyNest Points, and together they’ve been invaluable in helping us scale and reduce friction.”
