KeyNest welcomes your Airbnb guests in New York!

Hey KeyNesters, we’ve got some exciting news… Our key exchange service has landed in NYC! We’re very pleased to have landed on the other side of the pond and we’re now ready to welcome your guests in the city that never sleeps.

Our first stores are the branches of Al Horno Lean Mexican Kitchen in Hell’s Kitchen, Gramercy, and East Village. Al Horno put a healthy twist on classic Mexican recipes without losing any of the flavor, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, so it’s a great place for your guests to collect keys and have a snack after a long journey.

The area of Hell’s Kitchen is known not only for its amazing food, but also for its bars and nightlife. Gramercy is a quieter, calmer part of town centered around the beautiful Gramercy park on the east side of Manhattan, while the East Village is known for its vibrant counterculture birthing the punk movement.

We’ve also opened A&K Smoke Beer, a well-stocked and friendly grocery store in Astoria, Queens, where your guests can stock up on anything they’ll need for their stay as well as get directions and recommendations around the local area.

On the Upper East Side, we’ve teamed up with the Healthy Organic Deli, offering your guests healthy sandwiches, wraps and burgers.

Dropping keys off in one of our US stores is exactly the same as doing in the UK - book online, drop off your keys at the store closest to you, and share the collection details with your guest, who can pick them up whenever suits them.

KeyNest has been an official Airbnb-approved method of self check-in since 2017, and, as in the UK, our multi-lingual support line is open 24/7.

We’ve also got a lot more stores coming soon - in the next few weeks we’ll be opening stores in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco and 12 other cities across America.
