Step 2
Send the collection code to your guest
Share the KeyNest location and the unique 6-digit collection code with your guest. Our shopkeeper will welcome them, check their code, and hand over the keys.
You can also share collection codes with cleaners, maintenance workers, and anyone else who needs property access.
Step 3
Get notified every time your keys are collected or returned
Sit back and relax – we’ll let you know when your keys are collected or dropped off.
Returning them is as easy as handing them back to the staff at our point. When your keys need to be collected again, just book a new collection code.

Is KeyNest secure?
Yes - our KeyNest Points are totally secure by design! Always stored anonymously, keys in our regular stores will only be handled by trained staff, and our automated lockers are all fitted with security cameras. You’ll also always be able to track the movements of your keys with our automatic notifications. Head over to our security section to find out more.
Where is my nearest KeyNest Point?
We have over 4000 locations across Europe and North America, so your local KeyNest Point is probably just around the corner. Head over to our locations map to find your closest Point.
There isn't a KeyNest near me, what do I do?
No need to panic! Just fill out our request form to let us know that you’d like a KeyNest Point in your area. To get your point up and running as quickly as possible, it would be great if you could suggest a convenient newsagents or corner shop that we could recruit. We're only able to guarantee a new KeyNest Point for customers who sign up to our annual plan - but we aim to get back to all requests within two weeks.
How do I switch my KeyNest Point?
Just generate a new collection code, collect your keys, and take them to your new KeyNest Point. The shopkeeper will scan the fob and securely store them for you. All your collection codes will remain valid.
What should I do if I lose or damage my KeyNest fob?
Our fobs are pretty sturdy, but if they’re damaged or lost give us a call on 647-498-4399 and we’ll sort it out.
Can I integrate my KeyNest account with my Airbnb account?
Currently, we don't offer this option (yet). We're working on bringing this integration to you in the near future!
Do KeyNest subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes! For easy continuity, all monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically on the exact date and time that the subscription was originally created. There is no limit to how short your monthly subscription can be, and you are free to cancel your monthly and yearly subscriptions at any point before the next renewal.
