Florian also acknowledges that another major difficulty will be accommodating all clients' keys simultaneously:

"The biggest challenge for us will be to ensure that we can accommodate all the keys simultaneously without knowing exactly the number of reserved apartments. We have little information on the expected volume because property management companies continue to manage the apartments. So we really need to anticipate our key storage capacity as much as possible, despite the lack of information."
